At Folkmatic I focus on developing digital concepts through strategies and User Experience Design.
With a holistic approach I look at the business, the world and the users as we kick off projects with workshops and user research always focusing on validating concepts with user testing.

I also take part in creating technically feasible solutions & quality testing the final concepts before launch.

 

NATULIQUE

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

August 2014 - May 2015

During my time with Natulique I worked with sales and branding of both their Professional brand Natulique and their consumer brand Naturigin.

The company's headquaters are in Denmark but I was working in New York as their Sales and Marketing Manager in charge of Lead generation, creating partnerships and generating new sales. I also had the contact with Naturigin's US distributors and worked on finding US distribution for the professional brand Natulique.

 

 

 

 

CREATIVE BUSINESS CONSULTANT

July 2016

A team of 4, we worked as a Creative Business Consultants for HEAPS, a Japanese Media Agency

We helped ACE, a Japanese NGO find a new, more long term strategy for fundraising. We designed a product concept for JTB, a Japanese travel agency who wanted to target Taiwanese millennials travelling to Japan and we consulted HEAPS, helping them reimagine their company structure, purpose & target clients.

PROCESS DESIGNER & FACILITATOR

March 2016 - Present 

Co-Facilitator: Bergs Boost Camp 2-day Workshop with students from Bergs School of Communication. The Intention was to get students and clients to know each other and to understand the challenges of the client.

Co-Facilitator: Hyper Island Way Week for the Digital Business program 8-12th of august 2016. The week is about creating team culture & introducing the methodology by using experiential learning. 

Co-Facilitator: Workshop for 170 KAB employees. The focus on experiential learning, inspiring and improving team work dynamics. 

Design & Facilitation: Team Development Session for Aller Media Publication Allas Team.

CO-ORGANIZER, SOCIAL MEDIA & MODERATOR

October 2015 - August 2016

SheSays is an award-winning organization running free mentorship and events to women in the creative, marketing and tech industries. The aim is to create a space where female role models can tell their stories and lend some pearls of advice to their peers.

We host Collective Mentorship Nights around topics and challenges that are relevant for our networks career growth and wellbeing personally and professionally. We also run a Mentorship Program, Yr Momma.

At Hyper Island we learn by doing, reflect and gather our learning to bring with us into new modules. During the last year I have created my own e-commerce, designed digital products with Design Thinking principles, worked Agile, tried to transform existing business models and constantly challenge myself and my team members. I have worked with both international brands like Proctor & Gamble and UNICEF, local Swedish brands like Volvo, Granit, Sveriges Radio, CMore and Startups like Kessel International and SaltX.
